Nasser Abu Sharif in a meeting with the City Council members in Karaj said that an extensive international warfare against Iran is being undertaken in accordance to the Zionists’ interests in the region and added that the Israeli regime makes all efforts against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

He pointed to Imam Khomeini’s words about Israel as ‘cancerous tumor’ and said that “we should fight Israel to save the Middle East.”

Examining recent developments in the region he held that the Islamic Ummah suffers from one single problem occurring in different forms and circumstances in different times which was accurately scrutinized by late Imam Khomeini.

“Calling of US as ‘the great Satan’ and Israel as the lesser Satan by the founder of the Islamic Revolution is a leading compass for us to follow,” added Abu Sharif.

He further dubbed ISIL and other terrorist groups as offsprings of the Zionist Regime and added that US and its allies are serious to keep other regional countries weaker than Israel.

Abu Sharif said that the Islamic Revolution of Iran broke the security belt around Israel in the region which made it step back from Lebanon and Jordan.

He also maintained that all regional countries are in relevance to Palestine issue because Israel’s existence in the region is dangerous for all.
